Track 1 — Reminiscin'
Cammy and I, Abbey, wrote this song. It’s just a reflection on old memories where things were simple and easy. It is mainly about our Grandmas house and all the fun memories we have their in our childhood.

Track 4 — Life is Good
Cammy and I also wrote this song. It has got a very easy listening feel to it. It is very relaxing and laid back. We don’t always like to tell what motivated and inspired our songs so that we can leave it open for interpretation. Sit back and let it take you away!

Track 8 — Changin For Love
This is the first song that we wrote together. Abbey actually had to write a song for a school project in high school and our love for song writing started and grew from that. We have great teamwork when we write a song and it takes both of us. I am the creative one who comes up with the songs and Abbey organizes and arranges my mess I call a song. This song is just about love and how much power it can have over someone.

Track 12 — Talk to Me
This is our only cover tune on the album. We wanted to do an older song that was not very popular. This tune was sung by Bonnie Rait. It is a great tune and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
